1. Data controller

2. What data we process
- Data you provide through the contact form or by email: first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), type of service requested and any message.
- Browsing data: the IT systems that run the website collect, in the course of normal operation, some technical data (for example IP address, browser type, date and time of the request, pages visited), used to ensure the operation and security of the website.
Please do not include in your message special categories of data (for example health data) that are not needed for your request.
3. Purposes and legal basis

Providing the data requested in the form (name and email) is necessary for us to reply; without it we cannot follow up on your request. The website does not use data for marketing or profiling.
4. Methods and retention period
Data are processed electronically with appropriate security measures. Contact request data are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, if no contractual relationship follows, for no longer than 24 months from the last contact. Browsing data are kept by the hosting provider for the limited period set by its systems.
5. Recipients of the data
Data may be processed, as data processors, by providers of technical services necessary for the operation of the website:
- Vercel Inc. – website hosting;
- Resend – service sending the emails generated by the contact form, where active.
The website also displays some images hosted by a third-party service (Unsplash): to display them, your browser connects to their servers, which receive your IP address. The fonts, on the other hand, are hosted directly on the website.
Data are not disclosed to the public. Some providers are based in the United States: in that case the transfer takes place on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or of standard contractual clauses, pursuant to Articles 45 and 46 GDPR.
6. Your rights
You can exercise at any time the rights provided by Articles 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to amministrazione@matrix-group.it.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
