We help employers organise prevention and manage their safety obligations. Where the required professional qualifications are met and following a formal appointment, the service can also include acting as external RSPP (Head of the Prevention and Protection Service).

- support in risk assessment and in updating documentation
- identification and proposal of prevention and protection measures
- support in organising safety procedures
- support in scheduling obligations and deadlines
- support in organising worker training and information
- coordination with the other company figures involved
- external RSPP service, where applicable and in compliance with the required qualifications
What the Head of the Prevention and Protection Service (RSPP) does
Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008 requires employers to appoint an RSPP: a person who works with the employer to identify risks and develop prevention and protection measures, safety procedures and worker training and information programmes.
The role can also be entrusted to someone external to the company who has the skills and professional requirements set out in Article 32 of the Decree.
